VOTRE CONTRIBUTION:

• Recevoir des commandes dassurance titres par téléphone par lintermédiaire du portail en ligne et par courriel.

• Examiner la documentation sous-jacente y compris les rapports sur les titres les recherches les arpentages et dautres documents connexes.

• Souscrire et préparer les polices dassurance titres

• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients concernant la couverture au titre de la police la souscription les taux et les procédures.

• Offrir un service à la clientèle de premier ordre et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients.

VOS COMPÉTENCES:

• Cinq années dexpérience à titre de technicien juridique immobilier dans un cabinet juridique travaillant sur des dossiers immobiliers de louverture à la clôture.

• Professionnalisme et intérêt marqué pour le service à la clientèle en plus dexcellentes aptitudes en communication.

• Solides compétences en analyse capacité à faire preuve de minutie tout en menant plusieurs tâches de front dans un environnement de travail dynamique.

• Capacité à travailler à la fois de façon autonome et en équipe.

• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.

• Titre de technicien juridique souhaité.

• Expérience en assurancetitres un atout.

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
