Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer CRM to support the design implementation and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions within the Ontario Public Service environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing hosting and application technology solutions aligned with client business requirements enterprise standards architectural best practices accessibility standards and operational objectives. This role requires extensive expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies user experience design business process analysis solution architecture functional design and enterprise application implementation.
The ideal consultant will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams architects QA teams and project leadership to deliver scalable accessible and user-centered CRM solutions for large and complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design hosting and CRM technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards business requirements and OPS best practices.
- Develop and support enterprise CRM solution designs application flows process models and technical specifications.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements strategic objectives and enterprise technology mandates.
- Create business design documents functional requirements non-functional requirements and functional design specifications.
- Develop high-level application flows process diagrams CRUD matrices and application view visibility documentation.
- Design detailed process flows and map workflows to software solution views and user interactions.
- Develop wireframes screen mockups prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research usability testing and user feedback analysis to improve application usability and user experience.
- Develop user personas customer journey maps and accessibility-focused design approaches.
- Ensure all solutions align with WCAG and AODA accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.
- Participate in the planning migration implementation and sustainment of large and complex CRM system projects.
- Conduct system evaluations to assess current application performance scalability and future enhancement opportunities.
- Develop use cases business rules QA plans test strategies test scenarios and UAT documentation.
- Identify project risks and provide recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with functional teams technical teams architects developers testers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research emerging technologies industry trends and best practices to support long-term technology strategies and solution improvements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
CRM & Solution Design Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing Adobe AEM solutions.
- Extensive experience designing and developing large complex CRM applications.
- Experience with CRM application environments operating systems databases programming languages and communication protocols.

Work Environment
- This is a fully onsite role within the Ontario Public Service environment.
- Resource is expected to work onsite Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
