Job Summary

What Youll Do

Architect & Design: Lead the creation of scalable multitenant cloud architectures that power our nextgeneration products.
Build & Deliver: Develop highperformance backend services and APIs with Java Kotlin TypeScript or C#. Collaborate with product and design teams to bring intuitive UIs to life with React and TypeScript. (Fullstack skills are a strong plus but not required.)
Solve Core Challenges: Tackle complex engineering puzzles in data access distributed systems observability and performance.
Drive AI Integration: Shape and implement AI/LLMpowered features that transform how our customers interact with technology.
Mentor & Lead: Guide other engineers share best practices and uphold a culture of technical excellence.
Own the Lifecycle: Take features from concept to production with thoughtful design testing instrumentation and longterm supportability.
Experiment & Innovate: Explore new tools and technologies prototype solutions and share insights with the team.

What You Bring

8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong objectoriented programming skills (Java Kotlin C# TypeScript or similar).
Experience building scalable REST APIs and cloudnative microservices.
Solid database expertise relational (SQL Server Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka RabbitMQ) and eventdriven architectures.
Handson with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.

Bonus points for:

Frontend development with React/TypeScript.
Understanding of LLMs prompt engineering or ML integration.
