Job Summary
Tech Talent International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.
We currently have a role as a Software Developer - PL/SQL - Capital Markets with our large consulting client workig onsite at a major financial services client in the downtown Montreal area. This role can be either a long term contract or a permanent role.
Role: Software Developer - PL/SQL - Capital Markets
Type: Permanent or Contract 37.5 hrs/week
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Montreal QC -(roles starts off 5 days in office for 1st 3 months then turns into hybrid setup 3 days onsite 2 days from home)
Contract Pay Rate: $80-90/hr C2C
Salary: $100000 -$% bonus 3-5 weeks paid vacation RRSP contribution benefits sick/personal days
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports UniData deployment with PL/SQL development building new application functionality moving data between layers and adapting/optimizing code to run on a multi-tenant database.
Develops Autosys JIL jobs to orchestrate ETL tasks per application standards.
Must-haves:
5 years hands-on PL/SQL (advanced query optimization complex stored procedures high-volume tuning);
version control (Git/SVN);
issue tracking (JIRA HP ALM);
strong debugging; remote/cross-timezone collaboration and code documentation.
