What youll do:
- Install hardscapes: pavers retaining walls walkways driveways
- Work across 34 trades concrete carpentry masonry planting turf
- Run a small crew (13 people) on active job sites
- Learn from tradespeople whove mastered the craft
What you bring:
Must-haves
- 1-2 years landscape construction experience
- Experience leading a crew of 13
- Reliable on time gets things done
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice-to-haves
- Drivers licence comfortable in a pickup
- Trailer towing experience (1014 ft)
- Proficiency across multiple trades (well train the right person)
