Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Lead to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 07:00 - 15:00
Payrate: $26.50/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily security operations between assigned security personnel.
  • Assist with onboarding orientation and site-specific training of new security personnel.
  • Review and update post orders annually and as required to reflect changes in client requirements site operations security risks or regulatory obligations.
  • Provide guidance and support to security personnel regarding post orders procedures and service expectations.
  • Coordinate site spare personnel and assist with maintaining staffing continuity.
  • Manage shift schedules vacation requests shift trades and time-off requests in coordination with management.
  • Ensure shift-to-shift communication and operational continuity.
  • Review reports logs and documentation for completeness and consistency.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and procedural compliance.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with designated client representatives.
  • Provide operational direction and coordination during incidents emergencies and escalations.
  • Escalate staffing concerns operational issues security incidents or service-related matters to management as required.
  • Conduct security guard duties as per the post orders.
Your Must-Haves:
  • Valid BC Security License.
  • Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification.
  • Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
