Job Summary
Shipper/Receiver Warehouse
As a Shipper/Receiver you will be responsible for coordinating the receiving inspection storage and shipment of goods within the warehouse. You will ensure that incoming and outgoing products are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
Verify shipment contents against packing slips purchase orders and shipping documents.
Prepare package and process outgoing orders for shipment.
Label tag and organize products for storage and distribution.
Load and unload products manually or using warehouse equipment.
Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Assist with inventory counts stock replenishment and cycle counts.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training or certification may be required).
Maintain an organized clean and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Support other warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver or in a warehouse environment.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
Basic computer skills and experience using shipping systems is considered an asset.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
Mandatory Requirements (Must Be Provided Prior to Start Date)
Selected candidates must submit the following documentation at least one day prior to their start date to confirm eligibility and readiness to work.
1. Proof of Eligibility to Work in Canada
Valid Photo ID (Drivers Licence or Passport).
Social Insurance Number (Permanent or Temporary).
Copy of a valid Work Permit or proof that an application to extend the current work permit has been submitted and the individual is on maintained/implied status.
2. Completed Training Certificates
Candidates must provide copies of the following certificates:
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) Training.
Occupational Health and Safety Awareness (OHSA).
Workplace Violence and Harassment Training.
Any relevant equipment certifications if applicable (e.g. Forklift Scissor Lift etc.).
3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Candidates must have access to the required PPE including:
Steel-toe safety boots.
Safety vest.
Any other protective equipment required to perform job duties safely.

Required Skills:
