Shipper Receiver

Reporting to the Store Manager the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns warranties and transfers in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a key part in improving processing efficiency accuracy and completion rates to help eliminate non-moving inventory and ensure stores receive upgraded in-demand products quickly.

• Process and verify returns warranties and transfers in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records for shipments inventory movements and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Centre vendors Finance/Accounting Sales and branch teams to ensure accurate processing and credit reconciliation.
• Communicate with customers branches and vendors regarding returns and warranty matters.
• Support regional inventory initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processing accuracy and turnaround times

Qualifications :

To join our team you need:

• Experience in inventory control returns warranties or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP or inventory system experience is an asset.
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
