Ensures that all TRO materials are received in a timely fashion and ensures that all product shipments from the facility to clients warehouse locations are shipped according to company policies Good Manufacturing Practices and client instructions. Responsible for the material handling of inventory and other materials to support Packaging Processing and shipping master production schedules and maintains an orderly GMP compliant warehouse.
Essential Functions:
- Receive goods from packaging and production ensure proper storage according to specified conditions and verify quantities and batch accuracy. Update ERP.
- Prepare outbound shipments in accordance with client Routing Guides ensuring proper wrapping strapping and application of corner protectors etc.
- Verify and stage finished goods batches for outbound shipments in a timely manner.
- Prepare and stage waste and MDR pickups load waste for transport.
- Receive incoming inventory and non-inventory materials by verifying goods against packing slips and purchase orders in a timely manner following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Print and apply labels to all received containers.
- Enter incoming inventory receipts into the ERP system.
- Clean incoming inventory containers as required.
Backup / Support Responsibilities:
- Support Material Handlers with:
- Packaging/Processing airlocks
- Material handling storage and relocation of quarantined released and rejected materials update ERP accordingly
- Printing pick lists for Processing/Packaging and staging required materials
- Maintain a safe working environment and report potential hazards.
- Perform rotating or alternating shift work as required.
- Travel to offsite warehouse locations as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in shipping warehouse or logistics
- Required: Valid forklift operation certificate
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g. ERP SAP)
Equivalency:
Equivalent combinations of education training and relevant work experience may be considered.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment pallet jacks and all types of Forklifts (Narrow Aisle Counterbalance Walkie and Double deep).
- Ability to load unload and stack materials.
- Ability to operate a pallet inverter (transfer of pallets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with Bills of Lading (BOL) and Packing Slips for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ability to multi-task meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 80lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures noise levels)
- Familiar with WHMIS and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Travel to offsite warehouse location is required.
- Proficiency with the English Language.

Understand Key Performance Indicators and strive to improve the performance of the team by identifying areas for system improvements and engage in problem solving. Physical Requirements:
Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about manufacturing/office locations; ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift carry move) of medium to heavy weights; arm hand and finger dexterity; visual acuity to operate equipment and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit reach with hands and arms talk and hear for prolonged periods of time. Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust loud noise bright lights fumes or of Personal Protective equipment is required and may include any of the following: safety glasses safety shoes lab coat gloves hair net beard cover safety apron respirator.
Compensation
