Molson Coors / Six Pints Collectiveis currently seeking aSupervisorto join our Taproom Team at Granville Island Brewing located on Granville Island inVancouver BC. The successful applicant is responsible for All aspects of guest food and beverage service and act as an intermediary between our servers and our Taproom Manager as a point of contact to support our front line serving team. This role is designed to ensure our staff and our guests are receiving the best experience possible.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee allfacetsofservice(Greeting order taking order entry food/drink running table maintenance cash reconciliation)
Lead taproom through setting a positive example to staff
Resolve all customer complaints ina timelyfashion delegate big issues toTaproom Manager.
Process payments.
Perform side duties asrequired.
Balance dailysales/drop cash.
Reviewpreviousshift log and complete current shift log
1 on 1s and corrective discussions with front line staff
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years serving experience
Must be19years of age or older.
Serving it right certificaterequired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
Sound decision-making skills.
Adetail orientedsincereand responsible person with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule.
