Shift Supervisor, Government Complex

As a Security Supervisor you will be leading a team of guards ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule- 2 Week Continental Rotation 07:00-19:00 & 19:00- 07:00

Location- N3S 7N5

• Hourly wage of $24.87

• Lead and supervise the on-site security team.
• Manage daily schedules and assist with filling open shifts.
• Ensure guards follow current site instructions procedures and post orders.
• Provide coaching and support for team and individual development.
• Provide clear direction during critical incidents and emergencies.
• Manage access cards and access-control requirements.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately.
• Maintain strong communication with the client guards and management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 3-5 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certificationmandatory
• Hold a valid security license
• Strong Knowledge of the Tresspass to property Act Power of arrest
• Full G Ontario drivers license with 3-5 years of driving experience and clean drivers abstract
