Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
Minimum 5 years Strong expertise in custom probes sensors and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
Minimum 5 years Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population.
Minimum 5 years Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP WMI SSH API JDBC) and credential-based access.

Strong expertise in custom probes sensors and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery or ITOM certification.
