In this role the candidate will be implementing Identity & Access Management catalog requests and workflows within ServiceNow. In this role the candidate will translate business requirements into technical workflows to meet access request and approval workflows using ServiceNow native functionality and third party REST APIs.
The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of ServiceNow catalog builder REST APIs ServiceNow Active Directory integrations. The candidate will require strong communication skills and be able to translate between business and technical requirements.
