Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Coordination

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests ina timelyand professional manner
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Service Excellence Team
  • Track and report on service metrics (response times resolution rates etc.)

Client Relationship Support

  • Assistwith managing client accounts andmaintainingup-to-date records
  • Help resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams (billing onboarding etc.)
  • Contribute to a proactive support strategy byidentifyingcommon client needs

Process & Compliance Support

  • Help document andmaintaininternal procedures and compliance checklists
  • Ensure data handlingcomplies withprivacy and regulatory standards
  • Assistinidentifyingsmall inefficiencies or service gaps and proposeimprovements

Reporting & Admin

  • Compile regular reports on customer feedback support trends and performance indicators
  • Support team meetings with updates follow-ups and documentation
  • Maintain shared resources and coordinate internal communications as needed

Qualifications:

  • College diploma orbachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 years in a customer service operations or administrative support role in a Telemarketing Environment.
  • Experience in the energy sector or B2Benvironment is an asset

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems Microsoft Office and data entry best practices
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
