What You Will Do

  • Resolve incidents by selecting the most efficient solutions considering time and effort requirements including potential enhancements that maynecessitatedevelopment work.
  • Provide escalation-level support taking ownership of complex or high-impact incidentsthrough totheir resolution.
  • Monitorbusiness applicationssystems executing preventive and corrective actions in response to alerts planned maintenance risk incidents and other relevant events.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members guiding solution design and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to support existing systems and coordinate system upgrades asrequired.
  • Identifyrecurring issues and proactively develop and shareknowledgearticles or automate solutions whereappropriate.

What You Bring

  • Experience:You have5yearsofrelevantexperiencesupporting business systemsandintegrationswith Microsoft technologiespreferably in a financialor investmentmanagement working in an institutional investment firm is an asset.
  • Knowledge:You are proficient troubleshooting and /C# code Angular querying andmaintainingMS SQL databases as well as developing enhancements using MS SQL /C#youdemonstrateknowledge ofwebcertificate management solve issuesusingscripting DevOps CMSexperience and knowledge of Fabric andMicrosoft Powerplatformarea plus.
  • Tech Savvy:You have a strong background in supporting both custom developed and COTS systems(including cloud-based systems).Youare resourceful have a passionfortechnology learning new languages and concepts.
  • Analytic & Strategic: You possess an analytical mind enjoy solving problems and haveanability to perform deep thoughtful analysis to discover solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: You have an approach andtrack recordin achieving operational excellence where personal drivehigh-qualitywork and getting things done are critical success factors.
  • Collaborative Communication: You have a collaborative spirit that helps you work well with others and communicate effectively.


The salary range for this position is $115000 - $130000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by addition there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
