Were seeking an experienced Senior Subcontracts Specialist to join and lead our Subcontracts team with Worley Construction Canada. This is a strategic role for a commercially minded professional who enjoys leading complex subcontracting packages developing sourcing strategies negotiating agreements and partnering with project teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Subcontracts Specialist youll lead the subcontracting process for major industrial construction projects helping ensure commercial success from planning through execution.

You will:

• Develop subcontracting and sourcing strategies with project teams
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes bid evaluations negotiations and contract awards
• Build strong scopes of work and commercial agreements with internal stakeholders
• Identify evaluate and engage qualified subcontractors
• Manage subcontract performance changes invoicing claims and closeout activities
• Provide contract and commercial guidance to project teams
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors clients and internal stakeholders
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
