What Youll Do

• Independently evaluate adapt and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging structural problems often devising new or customized solutions.

• Develop clear high-quality deliverables that communicate effectively with clients.

• Proactively coordinate with architects contractors consultants and internal experts expanding your network and influence across the industry.

• Contribute to proposals and represent Thornton Tomasettis technical excellence in client-facing interactions.

• Collaborate internally on initiatives involving sustainability resilience forensics renewal and protective design.

• Build leadership capability by understanding how structural decisions impact innovation project outcomes and long-term client value.

• Mentor junior engineers enhancing your ability to influence and elevate team performance.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering; Masters degree preferred.

• Professional Engineer () or eligibility to obtain it.

• 6 years of structural engineering experience ideally within a consulting environment.

• Strong background in analytical modelling detailing and advanced engineering concepts (steel concrete seismic tall buildings specialty structures etc.).

• Curiosity initiative and a desire to grow into a technical leader.
