Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a SeniorSolution Architectto join our Global Architectureteam. This role is responsible for designing scalable secure and business-aligned technology solutions that support strategic initiatives across the global organization. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders delivery teams infrastructure teams security and application owners.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical depth with architectural thinking stakeholder management and the ability to guide delivery teams.

• Produce and maintain key architecture deliverables such as:

• Evaluate technologies platforms and design options and provide clear recommendations
• Support project and program teams during planning estimation delivery and transition to operations
• Identify architecture risks dependencies constraints and mitigation plans early in the lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of reference architectures reusable patterns and best practices
• Participate in architecture governance design reviews and solution assurance activities
• Help ensure solutions are designed with appropriate consideration for:

Target Profile

We are looking for a seniorlevel architect with deep expertise in:

• Microsoft HyperV
• Virtualization architecture
• automation ( preferably AnsiblePythonand PowerShell optional )
• Windows Server / clustering / virtualization / storage / networking

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in mentioned areas can define standards anddocumentation support modernization initiatives and collaborate effectively across international teams

Candidate Background

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5 yearsof experience in IT with at least 2 yearsin a solution architecture technical architecture or senior technical design role
• Handson HyperV expertise
• Practical Ansible experience
• Enterprise or managed services background
• Strong documentation communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud architecture on platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with integration patterns APIs
• Relevant certifications in architecture cloud or security are an asset
• Ability to balance strategic design with practical delivery realities

• Improve design consistency and reduce delivery risk through sound architecture practices
