Senior SchedulerPlanner

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) activity lists and detailed project schedules aligned with project scope objectives contractual requirements and key milestones.
• Establish and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks including Rules of Credit for all project phases.
• Monitor project progress analyze schedule performance identify risks and delays and recommend corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers project teams clients contractors and suppliers to develop baseline schedules allocate resources and manage project dependencies.
• Ensure project schedules comply with scheduling standards quality requirements and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate schedule updates through regular stakeholder meetings and site visits providing look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Support procurement and bidding activities by developing bid schedules and evaluating contractor schedule submissions.
• Assist with schedule and cost risk analysis including Monte Carlo simulations QSRA QCRA delay analysis and Extension of Time (EoT) assessments.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification and professional memberships are considered assets
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning scheduling and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and Microsoft Project.
• Extensive scheduling experience on major capital projects across all phases including Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop maintain and optimize project schedules while supporting project delivery objectives.
