SailPoint Developer (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)

Role Description

We are looking for a SailPoint IGA Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow. The role involves building custom workflows integrations and lifecycle management processes while ensuring secure and compliant identity operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

SailPoint Development & Customization

• Design develop and maintain SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
  
• Build and customize SailPoint components including:
  
• Workflows
  
• Lifecycle events
  
• Rules (BeanShell / Java)
  
• Forms policies certifications
  
• Provisioning logic
  

Identity Lifecycle & Access Management

• Lead end-to-end Identity Lifecycle Management (JoinerMoverLeaver processes)
  
• Configure access certifications role models and entitlement hierarchies
  
• Implement and optimize provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
  
• Ensure accurate identity correlation and identity cube management
  

Integrations & Development

• Develop and support complex integrations using:
  
• REST / SOAP APIs
  
• JDBC
  
• SCIM
  
• Active Directory / LDAP
  
• Manage application onboarding and entitlement modeling
  
• Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations
  

Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot performance issues provisioning failures and aggregation errors
  
• Support SailPoint upgrades patching and platform migrations
  
• Ensure platform stability and operational efficiency
  

Security Compliance & Governance

• Ensure IAM/IGA solutions meet security and compliance requirements:
  
• SOX
  
• ISO 27001
  
• SOC
  
• Implement IAM best practices:
  
• Least privilege
  
• RBAC / ABAC models
  
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with IAM Architects Security Infrastructure and Application teams
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
  
• Create technical documentation design artifacts and production support guides
  

Essential Skills

SailPoint Expertise

• 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferred) or IdentityNow
  
• Strong experience in:
  
• Rules (BeanShell / Java)
  
• Workflows and lifecycle events
  
• Identity cubes and correlation logic
  
• Experience with SailPoint connectors and custom integrations
  

Programming & Technical Skills

• Strong Java and/or BeanShell scripting experience
  
• Experience with REST APIs JSON XML
  
• Knowledge of databases:
  
• Oracle
  
• SQL Server
  
• PostgreSQL
  
• Experience in application onboarding and entitlement modeling
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices:
  
• Git
  
• CI/CD pipelines
  

IAM & Security Knowledge

• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts:
  
• Identity lifecycle management
  
• RBAC / ABAC
  
• Least privilege
  
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  
• Experience with:
  
• Active Directory
  
• LDAP
  
• Understanding of PAM integration concepts
  

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IAM / IGA engineering
  
• Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale identity environments
  
• Proven ability to independently deliver implementations and enhancements
  

Preferred Certifications

• SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification
  
• CISSP / CISM (nice to have)
  
• Java certification (plus)
  

Desirable Skills

• Strong IAM/IGA architecture understanding
  
• Experience in large enterprise identity transformations
  
• Exposure to PAM integrations (CyberArk or similar tools)
  
• Cloud IAM experience (Azure AD AWS IAM)
