Job Title: Senior Release Train Engineer
Location: Vancouver BC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale Agile Release Trains and support enterprise delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Trains supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Facilitate PI Planning and program-level coordination activities.
• Support modernization compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and business units.
• Partner with leadership to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance.
• Drive customer citizen and patient-focused service improvements.
• Resolve complex dependencies risks and impediments.
• Support governance reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
• Mentor Scrum Masters Product Owners and Agile practitioners.
• Champion continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Release Train Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Agile Release Trains.
• Strong understanding of governance compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong SAFe and Agile delivery expertise.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience managing large-scale dependencies and delivery risks.
• SAFe RTE or equivalent certification preferred.
