Senior Quadient Inspire Developer
Experience: 6
Location: Toronto
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Key Responsibilities
Quadient Inspire Development
Design develop validate and maintain communication templates and forms using Quadient Inspire Designer.
Build dynamic and scalable communication solutions using Interactive and Scalar components.
Develop and optimize Quadient workflows and output generation processes.
Migration & Modernization
Lead and support migration initiatives from OpenText/legacy CCM platforms to Quadient Inspire.
Analyze legacy templates and transform them into scalable Quadient-based solutions.
Solution Design & Collaboration
Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure communication templates comply with branding regulatory and accessibility standards.
Quality & Support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates workflows and output generation.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality accuracy and performance of deliverables.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience
8 years of experience in the CCM (Customer Communications Management) domain.
Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire suite.
Proven experience in migration projects especially from OpenText or other legacy CCM platforms.
Expertise in:
o Quadient Inspire Designer
o Interactive & Scalar components
