We are seeking atalentedSenior Project Manager to join our this role you will take on the responsibility ofleading and successfully deliveringcomplex application and infrastructure projectsand problem a Senior Project Manager you willbe responsible foroverseeing project planning executionand delivery ensuring that allobjectivesare met on time within budget and with the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and external partnersto drive project in this position you will need to apply project management principles adhering to our established SIS Project Management processes and methodologies. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to project goals scope timelines and budget.

• Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans includingproject definitionobjectives tasks resources and deliverables.

• Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providingtimelyupdates and proposingappropriate solutions.

• Identifyand manage project risksanticipatingpotential obstacles and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team membersfacilitatingeffective communication and information sharing.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and efficient execution of project activities.

• Drive continuous process improvementidentifyingopportunities to enhance project management methodologies tools and best practices.

• Monitor project performancemetrics and provide regular reports to management highlighting achievements challenges andnext steps.

• Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism leading by example and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Project Management Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or similar).

• Experience managing or working on mainframe software development initiatives is required

• (Senior)5 to 10of proven experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.

• Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies frameworks and best practices.

• Demonstrated Project Management experience in Software DevelopmentLifeCycleprojects (focus on estimating planning risk and dependency management)

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams andeffectively work with clientstowards project success.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficient inMicrosofttools and applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience inthe Wealth Management Business ishighly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications.

• PMP certification isconsidered an asset.

Compensation

Salary Range: CAD $100000 $120000. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and location
