The Senior Project Coordinator MEPC will support a transformative transit infrastructure project in the east end of downtown Toronto and will be part of a high-performing project team. The Senior Project Coordinator MEPC will support the planning coordination execution and reporting of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers Construction Managers Design Teams Contractors Subcontractors and Stakeholders the successful candidate will ensure work progresses safely efficiently and in accordance with project requirements schedules and quality standards.

This role requires a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience coordinating scopes within large infrastructure transit commercial industrial or institutional construction projects.

Your role:

To perform this role successfully the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate daily project activities across design procurement construction testing and commissioning phases.

• Support Project Managers in monitoring project scope schedule budget risks and deliverables.
• Track progress and identify schedule impacts delays and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with consultants contractors subcontractors utilities and client representatives to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules work plans status reports and progress updates.
• Participate in design coordination meetings construction meetings and stakeholder workshops.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress quality and compliance with project requirements.

About you:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering Engineering Technology Construction Management Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 8 years of project coordination experience within Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transit rail transportation commercial industrial or institutional projects.
• Experience reviewing drawings specifications RFIs submittals and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code applicable CSA standards and industry best practices.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $110000 - $137000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
