About the team and the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive the force behind execution to optimize the way we build and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that delight our fans at a global this role you will lead and influence a distributed team that ensures Product & Technology teams to work directly with Business Marketing Customer Service teams to understand the needs and aspirations of our buyers sellers and third party developers. The team will drive all aspects of the concept to customers for different initiatives on the road map for customer facing applications platform services tools APIs capabilities documentation and customer/developer support.
What you will accomplish:
Program manage cross-team cross-functional initiatives
Drive architecture and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams
Collaborate with engineering managers and engineers to drive technical solutions estimate work efforts define achievements and handle resources
Track progress resolve dependencies evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project collaborators
Engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the teams ability to meet strategic financial and technical goals
What you will bring:
5 Years of Product Management experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or an equivalent MBA a nice to have
Strong analytical and data visualization skills
Ability to write scripts or snippets of code preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment a plus
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$133200 - C$177800Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
