Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership support enterprise platform initiatives and drive modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering initiatives across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization programs involving core banking systems citizen services platforms OSS/BSS systems billing platforms and telecom infrastructure.
• Design and maintain enterprise platform services and shared capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects developers and business stakeholders.
• Implement automation monitoring observability and platform governance solutions.
• Support telecom network services 5G platforms and enterprise digital environments.
• Ensure compliance with governance privacy security and regulatory requirements.
• Drive platform reliability scalability and operational excellence.
• Promote platform engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Platform Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms or telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience leading modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code CI/CD and automation technologies.
• Understanding of governance compliance privacy and security requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Platform Cloud or DevOps certifications preferred.
