Job Summary

  • Position: Organizational Change Manager (Sr. CM1)
  • Client: Government of Alberta (Technology and Innovation)
  • Project: OPGT Information System Replacement
  • Location: Remote within Canada (must be available for onsite meetings in Edmonton when required)
  • Contract: Approximately 12 months with a possible 12-month extension
  • Hours: 36.25 hours/week
  • Submission Deadline: July 8 2026


  • Requirements

    Required Certification

    • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent recognized Organizational Change Management certification

    Mandatory Requirements

    • 8 years of Change Management experience
    • Experience developing:
      • Change Strategy
      • Change Management Plans
      • Change Impact Assessments
      • Readiness Assessments
      • Resistance Management Plans
      • Communication Plans
    • 5 years developing stakeholder communication materials
    • Experience as Organizational Change Manager on at least one complex technology/software implementation

    Preferred Experience

    • Public Sector experience
    • Large enterprise projects impacting 100 users
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or Finance)
    • Change success metrics and reporting
    • Executive-level presentations
    • Stakeholder management
    • Change risk management
    • Workshop and meeting facilitation
    • Microsoft Office 2016

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Develop organizational change strategies and plans
    • Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
    • Conduct readiness assessments
    • Create communication strategies and communication materials
    • Develop resistance management plans
    • Define and monitor change success metrics
    • Manage change risks and issues
    • Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings
    • Deliver presentations to executives and project teams
    • Coordinate with project managers vendors trainers and operational teams
    • Support enterprise technology implementation and adoption



    Required Skills:

    Mandatory Requirements Prosci (or equivalent) Change Management certification. 8 years of organizational change management experience. Experience developing: Change Strategy Change Management Plans Change Impact Analysis Readiness Assessments Resistance Management Plans Communication Plans 5 years developing stakeholder communication materials. Experience as an Organizational Change Manager on at least one complex technology/software implementation project. Preferred Qualifications Public sector experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or Finance). Experience defining and measuring change success metrics. Executive-level presentations and communications. Change risk management. Stakeholder relationship management. Meeting and workshop facilitation. Microsoft Office 2016 or later. Required Certification Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent recognized Organizational Change Management certification


    Required Education:
