What Youll Do

• Lead the conceptual design and development of custom high-speed automation systems
• Design innovative machinery focused on speed precision reliability and performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced automation projects
• Develop mechanical systems utilizing servo-driven motion pneumatics robotics and precision components
• Create detailed engineering designs assemblies and documentation using SolidWorks
• Participate in product development from concept through manufacturing and commissioning
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across automation platforms

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical design experience in high-speed automation custom machinery or special-purpose equipment
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of servo systems pneumatics mechanical motion systems manufacturing machining practices and GD&T
• Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks
• Experience working with PDM and engineering document control systems
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Passion for innovation automation technology and engineering excellence

Compensation

Salary Range: $140000 annually

Compensation above the posted range may be considered based on experience technical expertise and interview performance.
