Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As Senior Manager Estates Registered Plans & Digitization you will lead large-scale operational modernization initiatives across estates trust registered plans administration and enterprise document digitization. A core focus of this role is end-to-end project leadership overseeing complex crossâfunctional initiatives that improve service delivery ensure regulatory compliance and support over $30M in annual revenue. You will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps manage interdependent workstreams and drive change that enhances both member experience and operational efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned leader with strong project management transformation and people leadership experience within complex financial services environments.

This is a Full-time Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Head of Banking Operations. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demand.

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Leading multiâyear crossâfunctional projects to modernize estates trust and registered plans operations
  • Managing complex project roadmaps timelines dependencies and delivery risks across multiple operational streams
  • Driving strategic change initiatives that improve scalability efficiency and member experience
  • Overseeing digitization projects for foundational banking documents ensuring secure and compliant enterprise solutions
  • Partnering with technology risk legal and operations teams to deliver integrated project outcomes
  • Monitoring regulatory requirements and embedding compliance into project design and execution
  • Building and coaching highâperforming teams to successfully deliver transformation initiatives
  • Tracking project performance outcomes and benefits realization to ensure sustained value


What Youll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Project Management or a related field
  • 8 years of progressive experience within financial services operations estates trusts or registered plans
  • 5 years of people leadership experience leading professional or specialized teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale crossâfunctional projects or transformation programs
  • Proven ability to manage complex project timelines risks and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
  • Experience applying structured project or change management methodologies

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of$122400 to $151200 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
