Senior GenAI Software Engineer Contact Center Solutions (AWS LLMs & Python)

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
10 years of experience building large-scale multi-tier distributed software systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies particularly AWS services.
Hands-on expertise with:
Python
AWS Lambda
APIs
LLM Models
Java
Experience with DevOps culture tools and best practices including:
Bitbucket
Ansible
Jenkins
CDD
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess alternatives risks and benefits.
Demonstrates agility in learning and implementing cutting-edge technologies across diverse technology stacks.
Candidates eligible for Reliability Status Clearance will be preferred.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software delivery cloud GenAI and DevOps processes.
Create and maintain technical design artifacts including:
Application functionality
Solution designs
Data models
Interfaces
Integrations
Contribute to and adopt global software engineering reusable best practice processes.
