This role calls for an Environmental Professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance in site assessment and remediation practices. Experience in reclamation planning and Detailed Site Assessment sign off is ideal but not required. Your experience in environmental site assessments and surface land remediation programs will be critical to the success of our offer a flexible work environment combining office-based and remote work options to support work-life balance and a Difference Oversee Environmental Site Assessments including site characterization and delineation of soil and groundwater impacts and remediation programs for industrial and oil and gas and implement creative solutions for clients environmental challenges. Lead and supervise small and large-scale remediation projects. Analyze and interpret soil and groundwater data; review and sign off on technical reports in accordance with Alberta regulatory current with relevant regulations codes and industry best practices to ensure clients adheres to all applicable standards Ensure compliance with all safety regulations directives and SOPs. Work closely to develop client relationships and project and champion a culture of excellence ensuring adherence to the highest standards of health safety and quality across all areas of identify and mitigate risks while fostering continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory and external client your Education & ExpertiseBachelors degree in environmental science engineering biological science or related field. Registration with a professional association. 8 years experience with environmental site assessments soil sampling groundwater monitoring and site remediation. Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Possess strong interpersonal skills communication skills and technical writing skills. Effective management of activities requiring the use of environmental consultants or contractors.
