Summary
The Bell Enterprise Architecture team is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Enterprise Architect with strong analytical skills to design develop and implement enterprise-wide solutions that support our strategic business objectivesacross telecommunications and digital services.
Youllnavigate evolving business needs design enterprise-wide solutions and ensure architectural alignment across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities
- Develop andmaintainthe enterprise architecture roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize architectural initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and technology vision.
- Design and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide solutionsleveragingexpertiseacross application data infrastructure and security domains to create innovative and robust architectural blueprints.
- Conduct thorough architectural reviews and assessments of existing systems and applicationsidentifyingpotential risks optimization opportunities and alignment with strategicobjectives.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring solutions are designed and implemented according toestablishedarchitectural principles and industry standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends continuously researching and evaluating new methodologies to ensure enterprise architectureremainscompetitive and forward-looking.
- Create andmaintaincomprehensive architectural documentation that clearly outlines enterprise architecture components relationships and decision rationale for stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate effectively with business leaders IT professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements communicate architectural decisions and ensure organizational alignment.
- Proactively manage architectural risks byidentifyingand assessing potential challenges associated with architectural decisions and implementingappropriate mitigationstrategies.
- Champion architectural best practices and advocate for adoption of architectural principles and standards throughout the organization to drive consistency and quality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by designing and implementing solutions that meet relevant telecommunications industry regulations and enterprise standards.
- Lead technology selection RFI and RFP activities in collaboration with procurement legal and business teams
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or related field
- 5 years provenexperience as an Enterprise Architect withdemonstratedsuccess designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions across application data infrastructure and security domains including Artificial Intelligence Agentic and Multi-Agent systems.
- PoweruserofArtificial Intelligenceapplied to creatingupdatingand reviewingsoftware architecture
- Strong foundationin architectural principles and methodologies with hands-on experience in industry-standard frameworks.
- Comprehensiveexpertiseacross multiple architectural domains withdemonstratedproficiencyin designing solutions for applications data architecture infrastructure and security frameworks.
- Solid experience with major cloud computing platforms including AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform with understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Proficiencywith enterprise architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate Enterprise ArchitectSAP Lean IXSparxSystems or similar platforms for documentation and visualization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with proven capacity to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with ability toidentify analyze and resolve complex architectural challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization to achieve commonobjectives.
- Passion for technology innovation with continuous learning mindset actively seekingnew approachesto improve enterprise architecture and deliver measurable business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments preferred.
- Mastersdegree in related field preferred.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
