Senior Disability Administrator

Were looking for a proactive Senior Disability Administrator to join our Windsor team.
This is an office-based position in a facility located in Windsor. In this role youll be a key partner to our Disability Case Managers ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing daily diary activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting Disability Case Managers with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Setting up Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability WSIB and Life claims within tight deadlines.
- Handling requests for file copies and maintaining organized records.
- Managing financial tracking including invoice processing and record keeping.
- Preparing and sending professional written communications to stakeholders.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients employers and service providers
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail including managing a group inbox.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Post-secondary education (college or university) an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced organizational prioritization and time management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Word Excel).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
