We havent told our story the way a company at the center of the AI shift should. The customer proof is extraordinary the product point of view is sharp and the category is exploding - Gartner launches a new second Magic Quadrant for AI-Search soon. Whats missing is an owner to pull it together into a narrative ourmarket cant ignore.

Were putting real money behind it. Weve just hired tier 1 PR agencies in the US and Canada - and thats only the start. Prove the model in North America and the plan is to fund the same effort in other geographies. This is a chance to build aglobal communications function from the ground up with the investment and executive support to do it.

Thats this role. Youll decide what Coveo says to the world where it says it andhow it sounds - and make sure the right buyers and media hear it.

As our Senior Director Communications & Brand Narrative youll own:

• The narrative. Shape a differentiated story connecting our product vision the market shift and what our customers achieve - and make it land withenterprise buyers.
• A global function built in stages. Deploy the US and Canada agencybudget now prove what works then expand into Europe and Australia.
• Getting us on the map. Build the earned-media engine from the ground up- top-tier business and tech press podcasts and the channels where our
  buyers pay attention - and lead the agency partnerships that scale it
• Customer storytelling. Turn our marquee customers into compellingrepeatable proof points - not buried case studies but stories peopleremember.
• Social and brand voice. Own our social presence and give Coveo a voicethats confident credible and worth following.
• Cross-functional narrative leadership. Align marketing product andsales behind one story - and arm our executives to tell it well.
• The big moments. Drive integrated communications around productlaunches Gartner MQs partnerships and major announcements.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• Are genuinely curious about AI and excited to explain how its reshapingthe enterprise.
• Are a creative storyteller who can translate complex technology into anarrative people care about.
• Have built communications programs - youre energized by a blank canvasnot waiting for a playbook to inherit.
• Work fluidly across product sales and marketing rather than operating ina PR silo.
• Can balance strategy with execution - youll set the vision and get theplacements.
• Bring deep experience in enterprise B2B technology or SaaScommunications and know how to direct agencies and budget toward real
  outcomes - not just brief them.

• A track record of taking a strong-but-underexposed company andmeaningfully raising its profile.
• Experience launching narratives in emerging or fast-defining categories.
• Comfort coaching C-level executives and building thought-leadershipplatforms.
• Range across earned social and paid - with an instinct for where attentionis moving next.
• You move fast - you know trying new things means failing and youre finefailing quickly because thats how we get better.
