Working closely with Marketing Sales and cross-functional teams youll oversee digital campaigns website performance lead tracking and reporting across multiple platforms. The role is well suited for someone who combines strategic thinking analytical problem solving and hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B Youll Be Doing:Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on pipeline growth lead generation and conversionExecute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Google Microsoft and other channels using performance data to improve targeting spend and resultsBuild and manage campaign components in HubSpot including email landing pages forms and automationBuild and deliver reporting dashboards with actionable insights tied to campaign performance lead flow and pipeline contributionManage and optimize the company website in WordPress including landing pages tracking integrations and user experiencePartner with the Content team to develop digital campaigns through compelling ad copy landing page content and campaign messagingPartner with agencies and consultants to execute and improve digital campaigns website performance and marketing informed on digital marketing and automation best practices to support continuous improvementWork and collaborate in a team environment actively participating and engaging in group meetingsComplete other duties and projects as assignedWhat Were Looking For:Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in B2B digital or growth marketing with a strong track record of resultsHands-on experience using HubSpot and digital advertising channels such as LinkedIn Google and MicrosoftStrong understanding of lead generation funnel progression campaign reporting and conversion optimizationExperience managing websites in WordPress including landing pages tracking integrations and user experienceStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data and improve results across digital campaigns and toolsExperience collaborating with agencies consultants and cross-functional We Offer: Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues 3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start) RRSP matching program Free snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
