As a Senior Developer DevOps on our Platform Engineering team youll play a critical role in designing and scaling the infrastructure that supports our platform. Youll work across the full DevOps lifecycle from infrastructure as code to observability to CI/CD; enabling our engineering teams to move quickly while maintaining high standards for reliability security and performance.

- Design and maintain scalable reliable infrastructure using AWS (ECS RDS and related services)
- Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient secure software delivery
- Improve system observability using tools such as Datadog Sentry and Coralogix
- Enable a seamless developer experience by improving tooling workflows and platform usability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support fast safe and reliable deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability improvements
- Document infrastructure and share knowledge to improve long-term maintainability
- 5 years of experience in DevOps SRE or related roles
- Strong experience with AWS services particularly ECS and RDS
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions GitLab CI)
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog Sentry or Coralogix
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure reliability and performance optimization
- Proficiency with scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python Bash)
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document complex systems
- Experience with Kubernetes Helm or container orchestration tools
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications
- Experience with MySQL PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
- Salary range:$120000to $16000 CAD
