Senior Delivery Manager

Were looking for a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead service delivery and client engagement across financial services accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep IT service management experience strong governance skills and a track record of managing complex delivery programs with multiple stakeholders.

What youll do

• Lead end-to-end service delivery across financial services accounts ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
• Manage client interactions escalations and executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Manage delivery teams resource planning and the overall delivery roadmap
• Maintain delivery governance frameworks and provide regular reporting to leadership

What you bring

• 12 to 18 years of experience in IT service management and delivery leadership
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service delivery best practices
• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience engaging at the senior and executive level
• Experience with financial and resource planning across large delivery programs
• Background in financial services or insurance environments
• Eligibility for a mandatory background check

Nice to have

• ITIL certification or equivalent service management credentials
• Experience managing vendor or third-party delivery relationships
• Prior exposure to transformation or modernization programs within financial services
