Data & AI Engineer / Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & AI Engineer with expertise in Snowflake SQL Python Cloud Technologies and AI-powered development tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data solutions developing data pipelines and leveraging modern AI platforms such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity automation and business outcomes.

Role Summary:

The position requires a technology professional who can combine strong data engineering expertise with modern AI-enabled development practices to deliver scalable secure and innovative data solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake as the primary cloud data platform.

Create and maintain complex SQL queries stored procedures views and data models to support reporting and analytics needs.

Develop scalable data processing automation and integration solutions using Python.

Build and manage cloud-based data architectures ensuring reliability security and performance.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Utilize AI technologies including Claude and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development automate workflows improve code quality and enhance knowledge management.

Implement best practices for data governance data quality security and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while continuously improving existing processes and solutions.

Stay current with emerging cloud data engineering and AI technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse and related data engineering concepts.

Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation optimization and analysis.

Strong programming skills in Python for data processing automation scripting and API integrations.

Experience working with Cloud Platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of AI/Generative AI technologies and practical experience using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Understanding of data warehousing ETL/ELT processes data modeling and analytics solutions.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI capabilities into business or data engineering workflows.

Familiarity with machine learning LLMs prompt engineering or AI-assisted software development.

Relevant certifications in Snowflake Cloud Platforms or AI technologies are a plus.
