Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As aSenior Business Systems Analyst you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable efficient technical solutions that support organizational at the intersection of business and technology solving intricate challenges driving system integrations andoptimizingworkflows to enhance member and business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments enjoys problem-solving and can influence both technical and business stakeholders.

This is afull-time permanentrole based at ourVancity head officeand will report directly to theManagerApplication Tech.While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solution designs

• Leading end-to-end implementation of platform solutions including requirements gathering system configuration testing and deployment

• Defining andvalidatingnon-functional requirements to ensure scalability performance and reliability

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and member needs

• Partnering with enterprise architecture platform leads and solution architects on technical design decisions

• Managing vendor relationships to ensure accountability quality delivery and adherence to timelines

• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions andidentifyefficiency improvements

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring compliance with policies standards and regulations

WhatYoullBring to the Team:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems ora relatedfield.

• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role supporting complex technology environments.
• Experience with core banking systems knowledge of T24 temenos is required for this role

• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate requirements into clear scalable technical designs and solution recommendations.

• Experience supporting full lifecycle technology implementations including requirements analysis solution design testing deployment and post-implementation support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets system information and server logs to support data-informed decisions.

• Experience with systems integration API design Swagger data mapping vendor coordination and solution delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business technical architecture and vendor teams.

• Ability to produce clear documentation reports and presentations that communicate findings requirements and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Adaptable and self-directed with the ability to manage competing priorities learn quickly and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.

WhatYoullEarn:

This role offers a salary range ofâ$92700 to $125400 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skillspreviousexperience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
