If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals Armour is presently seeking a Senior Building Operator (Multi-Site).The Senior Building Operator will report to the Director of Building Operations. This individual will provide critical support to onside building operators and related staff ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building systems. The role involves active participation in preventative maintenance programs troubleshooting issues overseeing contractors and performing maintenance on HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will also provide mentoring and guidance to staff assist in capital operations planning and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across a diver portfolio of buildings are youll be doing: Providing operational support and guidance to onsite building operators and other team members across the in the planning and execution of capital operations and building an adequate stock of spare parts to minimize downtime on major and investigating utility anomalies to ensure optimal building compliance with all applicable legislative requirements internal policies and operational professionally with tenants contractors and service contractors and vendors ensuring quality work and adherence to safety and resolving equipment malfunctions focusing on HVAC systems and other critical building Were Looking For:Troubleshooting expertise with a focus on building systems including HVAC electrical and mechanical organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across a large portfolio of relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders (tenants contractors vendors).At least five (5) years of experience in commercial building operations or a related technical certification or ticket (e.g. HVAC electrical mechanical or building systems).Analytical skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to inform ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in commercial building systems management is experience in energy management sustainability programs or building automation systems is considered an in it for youComprehensive Health and Dental BenefitsEmployer RRSP planEmployee Assistance ProgramContinuing education supportDiscounts at selected Freehand restaurantsOn-site fitness facilitiesOpportunity for internal career growthWorking along side a collaborative team of likeminded individualsAs Armour Group is a family organization we value our employees and their well-being.
