Senior Advisor, Corporate Communication

Reporting to the VP Corporate Communications the Senior Advisor Corporate Communications is a strategic communications leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact corporate communications initiatives across RCL. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership driving external and executive communications that elevate corporate reputation support business priorities and strengthen organizational messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic communications strategies and narratives with a focus on external communications and executive visibility
• Partner closely with senior leaders to translate complex business priorities into clear compelling and audience-focused messaging
• Drive end-to-end communications initiatives including strategy development stakeholder management content creation and execution
• Develop impactful communication materials across corporate channels supporting external communications while contributing to internal communications initiatives as needed
• Monitor media and industry trends identify reputational risks and opportunities and support crisis communications preparedness and response
• Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in communications or a related field
• 7 years of experience in corporate communications public affairs or strategic communications
• Exceptional writing storytelling and executive communications capabilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Used project management software and AI tools to streamline workflows automate tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
• Bilingualism (French & English) to support communications with stakeholders across Canada
