Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant

Inline Group Inc. is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our expanding organization while contributing to the implementation of a new ERP system following the acquisition of Challenger Geomatics.

What Youll Do
  • General Accounting & Month-End Close Support month-end and year-end accounting by preparing journal entries reconciliations financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Review AP AR employee expenses bank reconciliations and cash management activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • ERP Implementation Contribute to the implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint through testing data validation process documentation and go-live support.
  • Project & Entity Accounting Assist with project accounting intercompany transactions WIP reporting and financial reporting across multiple entities.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes document procedures and support automation initiatives that enhance the Finance function.

What Were Looking For
  • CPA designation (or near completion) preferred.
  • 25 years of accounting experience in a professional environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Experience with project accounting multi-entity organizations ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
