Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de la livraison en sécurité (SDL) pour agir comme référence stratégique en sécurité pour le compte.
Dans ce rôle vous travaillerez directement avec le CISO du client pour définir la stratégie établir les politiques et assurer lalignement en matière de risques et de conformité.
Ce que vous ferez:
Définir et piloter la stratégie les politiques et la gouvernance de sécurité
Agir comme principal point de contact avec le CISO et les parties prenantes
Animer les comités de gouvernance et les revues exécutives
Superviser les activités liées aux risques à la conformité et aux audits (ISO/NIST)
Assurer lalignement entre la stratégie de sécurité et lexécution opérationnelle
Fournir des orientations sur :
La gestion des vulnérabilités
La stratégie IAM
La gestion des incidents
Contribuer à lamélioration continue et à la feuille de route sécurité
Profil recherché / Qualifications de base:
Expérience approfondie en gouvernance risques et conformité (GRC)
Expérience en interaction avec des interlocuteurs de niveau C (CISO CIO)
Forte capacité dinfluence dans un environnement matriciel
Expérience en environnement complexe ou multi-fournisseurs
Connaissance des cadres ISO / NIST et des stratégies IAM
Bilinguisme complet : français et anglais (obligatoire)
Environnement de travail:
Présence sur site : 3 jours par semaine (aéroport)

Summary
Were hiring a Security Delivery Lead (SDL) to act as the strategic security authority for the account.
This is a highly client-facing role where you will work directly with the clients CISO defining security policies driving governance and ensuring risk and compliance alignment across the environment.
What you will do:
Define and drive security strategy policies and governance frameworks
Act as main point of contact with client CISO and senior stakeholders
Lead security governance forums reviews and advisory sessions
Oversee risk compliance and audit readiness (ISO/NIST aligned)Ensure alignment between security strategy and operational execution
Provide direction across:
Vulnerability management
IAM strategy
Incident response coordination
Drive continuous security improvement and roadmap initiatives
Who you are / Basic Qualifications:
Strong background in security governance risk & compliance
Experience working with C-level stakeholders (CISO/CIO)
Strategic mindset with ability to influence without direct authority
Experience in enterprise or multi-vendor environments
Knowledge of IAM and security frameworks (ISO/NIST)
Fully bilingual: English & French (mandatory)
Work environment:
Onsite presence: 3 days/week (airport location)
