We are currently recruiting for a Second in Command (Assistant Supervisor) for a high profile client in Surrey.
The position will see you working Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600
Payrate: $25.61/hour
Your key responsibilities include
CCTV Monitoring
Running reports and updating systems are required
Answering and directing phone enquiries
Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety Risk and Quality Assurance assessments
Submit reportstime sheets and staff evaluations as per deadlines
Assist withtrainingand scheduling of Commissionaires
Leading through empowerment and monitoring staffmorale discipline and progress
Ensure team maintainsa professionalstandard ofconductdress and deportment
Reporting to the site supervisor and operations management for further duties as necessary
Interior and exterior patrolling
Your Must-Haves:
A minimum 2-3 years Supervisor experience
Over 5 Years security experience
Valid BC SecurityLicence
Have been living in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes
Previous CCTV Monitoring experience
Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public
Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and equipment such as faxes and photocopiers
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Physically able to stand for long periods and conduct extensive interior patrols of floors and stairwells
Fluent English written verbal and reading skills
