Tree Time Services is Now Hiring Seasonal Order Picking and Packing Staff at our Edmonton Cold Storage Location

Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Order Fulfilment

Location: 4540-55 Ave NW Edmonton

Duration of Work: March 2nd to June 29th

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with possibility of Overtime

Starting Wage: $17/hr

Job Description:

Tree Time Services is looking for seasonal employees for our 2026 shipping season! You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders of 1-2 year old seedlings to be shipped out between March and June. Orders are picked packed and shipped from our cold storage facility in Edmonton so the ability to work in the cold is a must! We are looking for detail-oriented people with a focus on teamwork and collaboration in a fast paced workplace to meet our weekly shipping goals. If this sounds like you wed love to hear from you! All employees will require steel-toed boots and their own cold weather gear. Any other PPE and training will be provided by Tree Time during orientation.

Job Tasks:

- Picking and packing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.

- Making sure all orders meet our strict quality control standards.

- Completing and keeping track of order-specific paperwork.

- Operation of Pallet Jacks.

- Daily cleaning of common areas

What Were Looking For:

*Ideal Candidates with prior Order Picking and Packing experience are strongly preferred*

- Proficient in basic Multiplication and Division

- Basic Computer Skills

- Equipped with a Collaborative Mindset.

- Quick Learners

- Good Time Management and Prioritization Skills

- Problem Solvers: Both on your own and as a team

- Adaptable Workers: Able to work in high pressure fast-paced environments

- Able to Work in the cold (up to -7C) for up to 8hrs a Day

- Cold Storage work and Warehouse work is considered an asset
