TheHotel Arts Groupis currently seeking a seasonalServerin our restaurantOxbow Hotel Arts Kensington.

The server needs to anticipate and determine our guests needs before they know what they are. They are our food and beverage superstars making sure our guests have the best experience. We want our team to beknowledgeablebut welcoming and warm.

Job Requirements:

• Visible and demonstrated passion for the food and beverage and hospitality industry.
• Well-versed in wine and elevated dining
• Charm and charisma! With a helpful positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with us.
• Valid ProServe Certificate
• 1-2years of previous food service bartending or restaurant experience essential
• Flexible schedule required with availability to close Friday Saturday and Sunday night.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast-paced environment
• Requires standing/walking throughout shift
• Lifting trays of up to 20 lbs reaching and bending
• Position may be subject to a criminal background check
