Job Title: Scrum Master

Note: Prior experience in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery remove impediments support high-performing teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery for BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare technology and business initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Remove team impediments and support successful sprint execution.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
• Support digital transformation modernization regulatory and compliance-driven programs.
• Coordinate Agile teams supporting enterprise platforms workflow automation and system implementations.
• Ensure Agile delivery practices align with governance security and compliance standards.
• Track sprint progress team velocity and Agile delivery metrics.
• Foster collaboration across business technology and operational teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master within BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance governance or risk-management initiatives.
• Experience leading Agile delivery for enterprise applications and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of customer-facing citizen-facing or patient-care technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• CSM PSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
