Graham is actively recruiting a Scheduler to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planner & Scheduler this role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules preparing 3-week look-aheads and creating advanced performance reports.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

• Create and Maintain Schedules - Develop master schedules for complex projects and manage updates and look-aheads
• Analyze and Report Performance -Produce detailed reports and dashboards with earned value and variance analysis
• Manage Risks and Delays - Identify schedule risks lead mitigation planning and support time extension claims
• Collaborate Across Stakeholders -Coordinate with clients subtrades and teams to align design procurement and construction timelines
• Support Budget and Cash Flow -Monitor schedule impacts on budgets and cash flow recommending corrective actions

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
• Experience: 5 years in planning/scheduling for commercial building projects; general contractor experience required
• Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office; strong knowledge of scheduling delay analysis techniques and project management methodologies

Compensation

• Salary Range $70800 to $85000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation with additional credit for prior industry experience
