Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and create comprehensive business process and solution design documentation.
Define and document technical development needs including reports interfaces data migration objects enhancements forms and workflow requirements.
Configure and optimize SAP pricing functionality to align with organizational and project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes and resolve issues identified during testing cycles.
Assist clients during deployment activities by providing hypercare support troubleshooting and user enablement.
Develop a strong understanding of pricing applications and recommend best-fit solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct solution reviews and quality checks to ensure system readiness and compliance with project standards.
Create user guides configuration documents and support materials to facilitate long-term system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum of 46 years of hands-on SAP experience with a strong focus on Sales and Distribution.
Proven expertise in SAP SD pricing processes Order-to-Cash workflows and related financial integrations.
Experience participating in multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder management presentation and client-facing communication skills.
Prior exposure to pricing software implementations or advanced pricing solutions is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and business applications.
Capable of managing priorities effectively in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex business issues.
Flexibility to travel extensively based on project and client requirements.
