Salesforce Solution Architect

• Lead the engagement with keystakeholdersandend users to uncover unmet needs and understand pain points synthesizing insights into clear opportunities for process improvement or new capabilities
• Act as a trusted advisor shaping outcomes through enablement and recommendations that improve the day-to-day end user experience while increasing productivity and driving adoption
• Lead conversations with a business value first mindset translating complex solution concepts into tailored end user workflows

• Leadsolution design feasibilitydefining release scope and sequencing to align with business priorities while accounting for dependencies
• Own the definition ofclear implementation-ready requirements and acceptance criteria that accelerate development and enable consistenthigh-qualitydelivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions support complete end to end processes that provide business value and an exceptional end user experience

• Own the end-to-end solution design of scalable secure maintainable Salesforce solutions that enable business strategy and a positive end user experience
• Apply architectural thinking to ensure solutions reduce rework technicaldebtand downstream delivery risk
• Leadhands-on solution configuration proof-of-concepts and solution demonstrations tovalidatedesign decisions and de-risk delivery
  

• Lead solution delivery working closely with cross functional team members to guide solution implementation andparticipatein testing to ensure delivery of consistently high-quality solutions that provide an exceptional end user experience
• Lead agile execution collaborating with project team members on overcoming roadblocksestablishingan environment for team members to do their best work
• Lead the follow through of successful solution deliverycollaborating on the resolution of complexsolution or data issues
• Develop standards and best practices to accelerate future delivery

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical audiences translating complex concepts into clear designs and outcomes
• 8 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable secure solutions in regulated environments
• Deepimplementation basedunderstandingof theSalesforce Platform including configurationadvanced configurationuse of customization data models security models
• Hands on Salesforce platform experience delivering cross-cloud solutions across areas such as Financial Services CloudSales Cloud Service CloudAccount Engagement Third Party Apps
• Institutional Asset Management domain experience is an asset
• Proventrack recordof continuous learning and leadership
